Clopidogrel 75mg OD Longterm (consider PPI)

Aspirin + Dipyridamole 200mg BD if can’t have clopidogrel
Dipyridamole alone if can’t have aspirin

A

Atorvastatin 80mg ON

Treat HTN, target <130/

No driving for 4 weeks
