gag reflex - efferent part of the reflex
Vagus Nerve test?
gag reflex - afferent part of the reflex
Accessory Nerve test?
Shrug shoulders, push head to one side
Hypoglossal Nerve test?
tongue our - deviates to side of lesion

Upper - Lower Hypertonia - Hypotonia Hyperreflexia - hyporeflexia/absent Spastic paralysis - Flaccid paralysis No muscle atropy - Muscle atrophy
Features of Temporal arteritis? (5)
>50 New Headache Temporal artery abnormality ESR >50 Positive Biopsy
