2) Inhibits Na+/K+ ATPase=> Increases IC Na+=> Increase Ca2+=> Increase contractility.
Increases vagal nerve activity=> Slows SA node firing and AV node conduction.

A

1) Inhibit ACE=> Decrease Ang II levels=> Decreases Afterload + Decreases Aldosterone release + Decreases sympathetic nervous system activity.
2) Cough, Renal dysfunction, hyperkalemia, Hypotension.
