- Given to at risk groups
- healthcare workers
- during season (Sep - Nov)

When would you give antivirals and what are they?
A
- Oseltamivir or Zanamivir
- Given to at risk groups, if flu is circulating
- within 48 hours of symptoms

When would you give prophylaxis?
A
- Given to at risk groups
- if flu is circulating, they have been exposed within 48 hours and are not showing symptoms.
- Also not previously vaccinated
