Acute:

ACBT, Postural drainage, position for VQ, manual techniques (vibrations/shaking), suction, mechanical assisted sputum clearance (PEP, flutter). optimisation of humidification, mobilisation and exercise tolerance

Exercise, flutter/acapella, ACBT (BCs and FETs), postural drainage, PEP mask, manual techniques, IPPB high frequency chest wall oscillation

Bronchodilators, mucolytics, antibiotics, steroids

Non invasive ventilation

Oxygen, posture management
