calcium gluconate - suspect hyperK
tx for second deg (mobitz 1) AV block
atropine .5mg IV -> transvenous/transcutaneous pacing if insuccessful
pt on chronic steroids w/ persistent hTN
think adrenal crisis - tx w/ hydrocortisone
tx for beta blocker OD
IV glucagon (vs high dose insulin therapy, PDE inhibitors)
burns that blister

4 x weight (kg) x %burn = amt of fluids in 1st 24 hrs
