Chronically active will have double contouring of the BM or “transplant glomerulopathy”
CMR findings for diagnosis
Endarteritis (automatically a class 2)
Interstitial inflammation
ACMR - histo (light)
Active TI disease
ACMR - histo
Active vascular disease
Note: chronic active CMR will have some scarring noted with inflammatory cells (blues cells in the scar) (ACMT will not not scar, but will have blue cells)
