A

The first status of any shipment created by the operations user. Control stations will complete

DPU

A

Dispatched for Pick Up. When the user changes the status to DPU they are stating that all
paperwork has been verified as received by the pickup agent. This includes pick up information,
routing instructions, HAWB and Master when applicable. The customer will not see this milestone
update as it is an internal milestone and has been omitted from their view, the customer will continue
to see a status on the website of New Order Received (NEW) or Shipment Created.

ALR

A

Alerted. When the user changes the status to ALR they are stating that all paperwork has been
verified as received by the delivery agent. This includes the delivery alert and the EFW HAWB. The
customer will still see the alias Shipment Created when tracking via our website.

A

Picked Up. The shipment has been picked up by the pickup agent or door-to-door carrier. The
customer will see Picked Up (PUP) when tracking via our website.

A

On Hand at Origin. The pickup agent has dropped the shipment at the originating carrier’s dock
and the carrier confirms they have received the freight. The customer will see Arrived at Origin City
(OHO) when tracking via our website.

A

In Transit. The shipment has departed the origin. The customer will see In Transit to Destination

A

Recovered. The Delivery agent has recovered the shipment from the carrier. Most often used
when the shipment is not delivering the same day it arrives i.e., residential, appointment, date specific,
etc. The customer will see the alias OHD when tracking via our website.

A

Out For Delivery. The shipment is out for delivery to the ultimate consignee. The customer will
see Out for Delivery (OFD) when tracking via our website.

DEL

A

Delivered – The shipment has delivered to the ultimate consignee. When the POD is completely
entered, the user checks the delivered box submits and then immediately changes the status to RAI (Ready to Approve for Invoicing) submits. The customer will see Delivered (DEL) with the completed POD when tracking via our website.

A

Approved for Accounting- Shipment is ready to be invoiced. The customer will see the Delivered
