APP
Appointment has been set with consignee for delivery. Alias for public view is On Hand at
Destination (OHD)
ATP
Attempted Pick Up. Pick up agent attempted the pickup and for whatever reason did not get the
shipment. Once the Control Station contacts the paying party and gets disposition, they will change the
status to the appropriate new status. Alias for public view is dispatched for Pick up (DPU).
OSD
Over, Short or Damaged. The user entering this code should have already contacted the Control
Station to advise them of the situation. The Control Station then becomes the liaison with the customer
until delivery is made or claim is initiated. The alias would remain in the last public view status until it is
changed to the next public status.
REF
Refused. The consignee has refused the shipment. This would be turned back to the Control
Station for disposition. The Control Station will handle through to disposal or return. Alias for public
view is Out for Delivery (OFD)
HLD
Held. Shipment is on hold for some reason: awaiting consolidation at origin, customer did not
have all of the information at the time of booking. Shipment was not ready when EFW was told, and
new ready date has not been determined. The alias for public view will be the last public status that was
entered. **The user must be sure to enter the correct public view status they want the customer to see
before placing the shipment on hold.
DTC
Direct to consignee. Shipment is in transit on a door-to-door carrier such as FEDEX FRT, EXLA, and
UPS SCS etc. Currently only used by 404 for their in-house tracking.
IDA
In transit to delivery agent. Only used by the Tradeshow Group
FIX
Missing information for Approval. Shipment may require the Bill of Lading and/or the POD
uploaded to the shipment before it can be Invoice. Sometimes it is used to obtain costs from a Vendor
before the shipment is invoiced.
