ABCD2

Age: older than 60 = 1 point
Blood pressure: <90 = 1 point
Clinical features: unilateral weakness = 2 points, dysphasia without unilateral weakness = 1 point
Diabetes = 1 point
Duration: longer than 1 hour = 2 points, 10 minutes to 1 hour = 1 point

ABCD2 score 4 or greater OR crescendo TIAs [2 or more TIAs in 1 week] =
Aspirin 300mg + seen by specialist in 24 hours

ABCD2 score 3 or less =
Aspirin 300mg + seen by specialist in 1 week
