Transaction Analysis Reports Flashcards
This report shows all of the part numbers that were returned in a specified date range. Criteria includes current quantity on hand, cost, extended inventory value, etc., Also helps identify obsolete parts that have recently been sold
Returns Analysis
Displays part inventory sorted by month of last sale. Also includes parts that have never sold and parts that haven’t sold in more than a year.
Inventory Aging Analysis
Displays all parts within a given date range that have been logged as a lost sale
Lost Sales Analysis
Shows any adjustments to the on hand quantity of parts. Does not create journal entries
Inventory Adjustments Analysis
Tracks changes to inventory and which parts have phased in from Inactive to Active. Also shows parts that will be phased out due to lack of demand.
Phase-In/Phase-Out Analysis
Shows quantity and value of all parts currently in inventory. Can be used to compare against value of G/L
Inventory Analysis
Displays sales taking place from what is currently stocked from the shelf and which parts have been sold through emergency purchases and special orders
Sales Source Analysis
Shows which transactions are still pending and tracks the parts transactions that are getting completed
Unrealized Sales Analysis
Displays all regular and special stock orders within a given date range. Also displays factory returns
Stock Order Analysis
Analyzes parts sales. Also gives information about returns. Includes information from both Counter and RO tickets
