indications

A
  1. significant trauma (<3hrs) with signs of hypovolaemic shock
  2. significant active haemorrhaging requiring tourniquet or haemostatic dressings
  3. suspected head injury (<3hrs) with GCS motor 4 or below
  4. severe PPH >1000ml with hypovolaemia and birth <3hrs
