If you believe the vehicle fails to comply with regulations or rules
Why would pink sticker someone’s car
The car is not in a safe condition to be driven on the road
What is the difference between unsafe and defective vehicles
Unsafe would be illegal modifications or structural rust.
Defective would be defective exhaust or a tinted windscreen
