What does a red arrow light mean?
A
Stop. Remain stopped until the green signal or green arrow appears. You may NOT turn against a red arrow

What does a Flashing Red Light mean?
A
Treat the same as you would a stop sign. After stopping, you may proceed when it is safe.

What does a Flashing Yellow Light mean?
A
Proceed with Caution. Slow down and be alert before entering the intersection. You may need to stop, but it is not required

What does a Flashing Yellow Arrow mean?
A
Turns are permitted, but unprotected. You must yield to oncoming traffic & pedestrians before proceeding.

A
Treat the intersection as a 4-way stop
