  • Place the shot behind your ear and have the back of the ring.
  • Hold your free hand up and out, with your palm, to prevent a counter weight as you spin
  • Push off with the dominant foot to spin yourself forward*
  • Walk in the direction of the throw
  • Step into the center of the ring, then kick off again
  • At the end of these first spin, you’ll have pivoted 360°, or one full rotation. Your second spin will be half or 180°.
  • Extend your knees and put the shot up.

  • Follow through with the rotation
