flumazenil if severe/iatrogenic, otherwise supportive care (risk of seizures with flumazenil)
Mx of TCA OD
IV bicarbonate
Mx of Lithium OD
- mild-mod: volume resus
- severe: haemodialysis
- sometimes sodium bicarb
Mx of beta blocker OD
- atropine (if bradycardic)
- glucagon (if resistant)
