Bradycardia, reduced RR, miosis (pinpoint pupils), drowsiness
Opioid toxicity (morphine, heroin, methadone, codeine), Tx: IV naloxone
Liver failure - high ALT, AST, PT, bilirubin
Paracetamol (acetaminophen). Tx: N acetyl cysteine if above treatment line or staggered
Respiratory alkalosis/hyperventilating, tinnitus, nausea vomiting, seizures, hyperthermia, coma
Aspirin (salicylate). Tx: activated charcoal
Abdo pain, GI bleeding, renal failure, metabolic acidosis
NSAIDs (ibuprofen)
Tricyclic antidepressants (amitriptyline)
Anti cholinergic effects - tachycardia, dry mouth, urine retention, hyperthermia, hypotension, seizure, delirium, arrhythmia
Neurological signs - ataxia, nystagmus, mydrasis, movement disorder, hyponatraemia
