Invasion of Privacy
A
- Publish private information about a person if
- A reasonable person would object to having the information made public
- Truth is not a defense
- Public figure:
- Privileged unless made with actual malice

A
- An act by the defendant that brings about harmful or offensive contact to the plaintiff’s person;
