- Consequential economic loss
- Pure economic loss; must be a negligent statement arising from special relationship

- Reasonable for C to do so
Also applies to the provision of services (e.g. solicitor drafting a will)

A
- Consequential psychiatric harm
- Pure psychiatric harm

Primary Victim
A
Endangered by D’s conduct

Secondary Victim
A
Suffers psychiatric harm from witnessing injury to another
Four requirements:
- Psychiatric harm reasonably forseeable
- Close relationship to injured person
- Present at accident or immediate aftermath
- Directly witnessed events with own senses

Pure Economic Loss
A
- Damage to property not belonging to C
- Cost of damage suffered to a defective product
- Financial loss which does not flow from the damage to C’s person or property
