What are key dependancies?

A
  • DOF & CBI endorsement / approval on SOT to support migration​
  • Delivery of key milestones by all other workstreams, in particular Communications - slippage of any key milestones will directly impact delivery of migrations ​
  • IT delivery of phased Migration – including build, development, testing rehearsals and actual migrations​
  • Business Support – to complete Pre migration tasks, BAT, QA, etc​
  • Resource capacity ( e.g. key person unavailability) and additional resources to be considered as needed. ​
  • Budgetary support for required delivery​
