What is the workstream objective/goal?
- Determine Product Migration approach to remove non-mortgage and non-mortgage related products from EBS i.e. Deposit & Current Account Products, including designing and executing a New Sales Closure Plan and Develop a Migration approach for non-mortgage products outside of migration scope.
- Delivery of necessary technical & operational migration to AIB for in-scope Products and Customers

- New sales cessation - sale of deposit and current accounts

What is in scope in terms of product migration (2)?
- Define scope of in & out of scope products for migration
- Define appropriate mapping of in scope products to closest aligned AIB product
- Determine gaps, mitigate where possible
- Design, build & test relevant IT / Technical aspects to enact a migration
- Workshop and develop specific approaches for customers / accounts / flags / statuses / etc as part of migration
What is out-of-scope?
- Communications (Internal & External)
- Regulatory Engagement
- Business Readiness / Resourcing Preparation
- Treatment of non Current or Deposit Account Products
- Business Process / Procedure development
- Decommissioning IT Systems in EBS

What are key dependancies?
- DOF & CBI endorsement / approval on SOT to support migration
- Delivery of key milestones by all other workstreams, in particular Communications - slippage of any key milestones will directly impact delivery of migrations
- IT delivery of phased Migration – including build, development, testing rehearsals and actual migrations
- Business Support – to complete Pre migration tasks, BAT, QA, etc
- Resource capacity ( e.g. key person unavailability) and additional resources to be considered as needed.
- Budgetary support for required delivery

What is BAG quorum?
Chair, 1 Products representative, 1 IT/Tech representative, 1 Rep from Legal/Compliance/Conduct/Op Risk & 1 workstream representative
What is the purpose of PM BAG?
- Review and agree key scope and design decisions as appropriate
- Provide direction to points of escalation from the workstream
- Agree items of escalation to programme Steering
- Provide advice on governance pathway for key design decisions
