- Having an up to date equality policy
- Providing regular anti-discrimination training to staff
- Making it clear how staff can complain and report discrimination
- Teach young people the negativity of discrimination and teach them
What is the difference between prejudice and discrimination?
Prejudice is to do with attitude, discrimination is to do with actions
