A

Staff should be made aware of the need for the new system
Training and retraining should be introduced
Managers should give advantages of the new system
Managers should provide concequnces of the new system before rumours
Staff will learn new skills which could improve their promotion prospects
Keep social groups together
Managers should be able to accept criticism and act on it
