What is kinesics? How do they vary from culture to culture?
Kinesics – The use of the body.
What is proxemics? What are the primary spatial zones in the U. S.? How do spatial zones vary from culture to culture?
Proxemics – Edward Hall’s spatial zones; Intimate, Personal, Social, Public
How does touch differ from culture to culture?
They differ by the Emblems, Illustrators, Affect displays, Regulators, & Adaptors.
What is the difference between contact and noncontact cultures?
Contact culture is when there are cultural groups in which people tend to stand close together and touch frequently when they interact with each other.
Non-contact culture is the opposite as they maintain more space between one another.
