legislature is the law making body, it is represented by elected people during voting.
what executive?
executive comprises of elected government and public servants such as Permanent Secretary, Directors, they advises the government, administer the law and implement the law.
what is state?
state describes the variety of institution that regulates the employment relation
what are the importance of state?
- state ensures that the employment rules are upleld
- it ensures that the enforce of employment rules are balance in the employment environment
- it fixes any wages and employment condition
- it make resolution in grievances and resolve any conflict between employer and employee

what is judiciary?
judiciary is the court system, it is responsible for interpreting and enforcing the law in resolving employment disputes

Managerialism in public sector, it is basically to increased efficiency in public sector based on adoption of private sector practices.

it emphasis on maximum exposure of market competition in public service and minimum political direction and intervention.
privatization?
is basically privatization of public services utilities. this includes outsourcing of contracting services such as security, etc..
