He was born in BINONDO, Manila on November 28, 1594. He was the son of a Chinese father and a Filipino mother who were both devout Catholics.

Who taught Lorenzo to speak Tagalog and his father taught him Chinese. Lorenzo was raised to be a good Catholic who loved God and his faith very much.

This characteristic relates to your ability to “dream great dreams,” so that you look beyond day-to-day realities to the bigger picture.
Conceptualization
The servant-leaders sense that much has been lost as a result of the shift from local communities to large organizations as the primary shapers of human lives . this awareness causes servant-leaders to identify some means for building among those who work with them.

They left on June 10, 1636, and they were hoping to help the growing but persecuted Christian community in Japan as missionaries.
