The leadership style that Jesus taught and modelled was neither about command and control, nor status and power. He did not teach techniques, but grew character — a character centered on a Christ-like servant heart.

BLANK are motivated by mental sins such as arrogance, jealousy, bitterness, vindictiveness, implacability, hatred, mental adultery, pettiness, envy, guilt feelings, etc.

Share you thoughts to others
If you know something bad about a person, or you suspect something, do not share it with anyone unless that person has a direct hand in the solution of the problem. If in doubt, don’t talk about it!

Sins of the tongue are motivated by mental sins such as arrogance, jealousy, bitterness, vindictiveness, implacability, hatred, mental adultery, pettiness, envy, guilt feelings, etc.

Human person who is made of intellect and will experiences conflict as he journeys within society.

It is often triggered by fear, punishment and hope
External motivation
It is driven by desires to please God, hence the will is drawn to and to what intellect perceived as good.
Internal motivation
The intellect and will look goodness from different perspectives which we may call internal motivation. A Christian leader needs to sustain the balance between these two to become an effective Christian leader.
Internal motivation is driven by the desires to please God, hence every step is focus toward realizing what the will is drawn to and what the intellect perceived as good.
