Personal: Excessive or improper physical contact (pushing, grabbing, hitting).
Technical: Touching the ball with the foot, extra steps, hindering an opponent.
Disciplinary: Unsportsmanlike conduct (insulting the referee, simulating fouls).

Yellow Card: Progressive warning
2-Minute Suspension: Immediate exclusion
Red Card: Disqualification
Blue Card: Disqualification with a repor

Holding an opponent for too long or making them fall.
Protesting with forceful or provocative gestures.

When is a free kick awarded in handball?
When a player commits an infraction such as obstruction, technical fouls, or illegal tackles.
Where is a free kick taken from?
From the location of the infraction or a nearby spot.
What is a direct free kick?
A free kick where the opposing defense cannot interfere until the ball is played.
Front: When is a 7m throw awarded?
Back: When a clear goal-scoring opportunity is illegally destroyed. Examples:
Defender invades the area when the attacker is about to shoot.
Attacker is pushed or grabbed when in a goal-scoring position.
