The americas consistof all the countries in the continents of North and South America. The Americas span grom the top to the bottom of the globe with a wids range of different climates. The country of canada and USA have very cold winter and warm summer throughout the usa there are many different types of weather in eacchtates throuhthe year. In the regions of south america the climate in very tropical south america includes places like brazil argentina and chile

Meal structure
People that live in the americas tend to eat the standard meal structure of western people. They eat a breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast generally consist of some kind of cereal or some kind of eggs and bacon or pancakes. Lunch are things like sandwiches, salad and soups. They eat a large substantial meal for dinner of something like pizza, pasta or a rice dish. Sometimes people also eat a dessert after dinner of something sweet like ice-cream, pie, fruit or cake. ​
They eat breakfast at some point between 6am and 10am. Lunch is between 12pm till 2pm and dinner is between 6pm and 8pm. While dessert is any time after a meal

North America: US foods: hamburgers, hot dogs, apple pie, deep dish pizza. Mexico: tacos, enchiladas, tamales, pozole, guacamole. Canada: poutine (fries, cheese curds, gravy). Native American: fried bread, bison stew.
South America: ceviche, empanadas, asado, milanesa, chivito, choripan, feijoada. Potatoes, quinoa common.
Central America: Guatemala: tamales in banana leaves. Honduras: baleadas (tortillas with beans, cheese). Costa Rica: gallo pinto (rice, beans, eggs, cheese, tortillas).
