Soft power refers to a state’s ability to influence/convince other countries within the international system.

The ability to influence decisions through coerciveness and military.
What is Structural power?
Refers to the structure of power - think of hierarchy in federalism Feedral, provincial and municipal.
What is Ideological power?
The ability to get people to do what you want willingly - I.e the Catholic church.
What does the Government refer to?
A hierarchical set of formal institutions that have the authority to govern
What does Governance refer to?
The process involving formal and informal institutions in the process of governing.

An assemblage of actors institutions processes and ideologies involved in a certain area of global governance.
