  1. Understand Change (SDLC - 1)
    - Why do you need it?
    - What are you objectives?
    - What will the benefits be to you?
    - How will it have a positive impact?
    - What will people need to do to make it successful?
  2. Plan Change
    - Feasibility Study
    - Arrange for sponsors, agents, support, etc.
    - SRS maybe
  3. Implement Change
    - The Kotter’s 8-step Model (Direct changeover)
    - The Change curve (close to Phased)
    - or any other strategy
  4. Communicate Change
    - Communicate the ADKAR
    (awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement)
