What is our smoker and what drinks use it?
We have a handheld tube unit that burns bourbon soaked oak chips by pulling air through.
We place this smoke in a glass with or without ice or beverage and covered with a coaster to steep smoke flavor
This is primarily done with the Hells Nectar, offering a smoke old fashioned or bourbon pour is nice and no up charge
We also have a drink too and torch smoke infuser that we have yet to master in service
