Novo fogo brand we stock their Colibri aged, Barrel-aged, and now Taneger variety and use it in the Brazilian sunrise & Honey bear
Leblon silver is the more traditional option for a Caipirinha cocktail
What are our Port options?
We currently carry Noval Black Ruby Port served in the port glass, 3 oz.
Stored in the fridge once opened but best served room temp.
What Sherry do we have in stock?
Barbadillo Olorosso grape Sherry
Hartley & Gibson Pedro Ximinez Sherry
And Taylor cream sherry
They add a body and nutty content to a drink, traditionally great for flips!

Our well is a Chilean brand: Control C and call is El Gobernador
Our Peruvian is: Pisco logia call (made at a vineyard) and Pisco Mosto Verde top shelf
What is our well Gin?
We serve Gordon’s and if out our alternative is Miles London dry gin
What well Liqueur brands do we use?
We use Mr. Boston for many liqueurs and also some Bols brand flavors
You will also see stirrings, dekuypers apple pucker and butter shots, as well as Hiram walker/Francesca hazelnut liquer
What are our Vermouth options?
Well vermouth is Gallo brand sweet and dry
We carry vanilla infused Carpano Antica formula sweet vermouth as well
Newest vermouth is Cinzano Rosso a sweet buttery vermouth from Italy

Why do we have specific modified recipes for our ‘bartender special’ mixed shots?
To maintain an all around $5 price point for guests on things like chocolate cake, lemon drop, gummy bear, kamikaze, G.T.B.R. (Vegas bomb), green tea, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch shots! If outside our well recipes please ring appropriately (ex. Crown in Vegas bomb or Jam-o in green tea)
