To investigate the effect of temperature on enzyme action

• 3 graduated cylinders with celery
• pH buffer 7 & 1 drop washing up liquid
  (in 3 seperate water baths at 0ºC, 25ºC & 80ºC)

• Add Hydrogen peroxide to all 3 cylinders
• Vol in graduated cylinders noted at 0,1&2 mins
• Rate of enzyme action calculated by 2min vol - 1min vol
