A
A common degenerative and destructive alteration of the joints.

Clinical features of Osteoradionecrosis?
A
Gradually intensifying deep ache and pain.
Morning stiffness
- Affected joint may become swollen and/or warm to touch
- Crepitation is common during late stage of disease

Osteophyte formation
Erosion of cortical outline
Narrowing of joint space
Flattening of articular surfaces

What is rheumatoid Arthritis
A
Chronic, auto-immune disorder characterized by non-suppurative inflammatory destruction of synovium and subsequent destruction of the affected joints
- Attack the synovial membrane

- Usually involves one or more joints
- Stiffness, swelling, pain, joint deformity and disability
