What is the license reinstatement process in PA?
any persons whose license, certificate, or registration has been revoked may apply for reinstatement after a period of at least 5 yrs, but must meet all of the licensing qualification of this act for the license applied for, to include the examination requirement
What is the renewal period for a pharmacy license in PA?
-a licensed pharmacist shall renew the license every 2 yrs
-all pharmacist licenses and authorizations to administer injectable medication, biologicals and immunizations expire on Sept 30th of even numbered yrs
