Driving on roadways lanes for traffic
S. 3309
(a) driving within single line- a vehicle shall be driven as nearly as practicable entirely within a single lane and shall not be moved from the lane until the driver has first ascertained that the movement can be made with safety.
(b) three lane roadways- upon a roadway which is divided into three lanes and provides for two way movement of traffic a vehicle shall not be driven in the center lane unless passing another vehicle

(a) general rule- the driver of the motor vehicle shall not follow another vehicle more closely than is reasonable and prudent, having due regard for the speed of the vehicles and the traffic, and condition of the highway.
(b) combinations of vehicles and trucks- the driver of any motor vehicle drawing another vehicle or of any truck when traveling upon a roadway outside of an urban district and following a motor vehicle drawing another vehicle or following a truck shall, when conditions permit, leave sufficient space so that an overtaking vehicle may enter and occupy the space without danger.
(c) caravans and motorcades- upon a roadway outside of an urban district, motor vehicles driven in a caravan or motorcade, whether or not towing other vehicles need to leave enough space for another vehicle to enter and occupy the space without danger

(a) intersections controlled by signs- obey traffic signs

Duties at stop sign- except when directed by a police officer or appropriately attired persons authorized to control traffic, every driver shall stop at a clearly marked stop line or if none is present before entering a crosswalk on the near side of the intersection or, if no crosswalk is present, then at the point nearest the intersection roadway where the driver has a clear view of approaching traffic on the intersecting roadway before entering it
Duty of driver on approach of emergency vehicles
S. 3325
(a) General rule.–Upon the immediate approach of an emergency vehicle making use of an audible signal and visual signals meeting the requirements and standards set forth in regulations adopted by the department, the driver of every other vehicle shall yield the right-of-way and shall immediately drive to a position parallel to, and as close as possible to, the right-hand edge or curb of the roadway clear of any intersection
(c) Defense.–It is a defense to prosecution under this section if the defendant can show by a preponderance of the evidence that the failure to stop immediately for a police officer was based on a good faith concern for personal safety. In determining whether the defendant has met this burden, the court may consider the following factors:
(1) The time and location of the event.
(2) The type of vehicle used by the police officer.
(3) The defendant’s conduct while being followed by the police officer.
(4) Whether the defendant stopped at the first available reasonably lighted or populated area.
(5) Any other factor considered relevant by the court.
Turning movements and required signals

(a) General rule.–Upon a roadway no person shall turn a vehicle or move from one traffic lane to another or enter the traffic stream from a parked position unless and until the movement can be made with reasonable safety nor without giving an appropriate signal
Driving vehicle at safe speed

(a) No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions and having regard to the actual and potential hazards then existing, nor at a speed greater than will permit the driver to bring his vehicle to a stop within the assured clear distance ahead. Consistent with the foregoing, every person shall drive at a safe and appropriate speed when approaching and crossing an intersection or railroad grade crossing, when approaching and going around a curve, when approaching a hill crest, when traveling upon any narrow or winding roadway
Maximum speed limits
S. 3362
(a) General rule.–Except when a special hazard exists that requires lower speed for compliance with section 3361 (relating to driving vehicle at safe speed), the limits specified in this section or established under this subchapter shall be maximum lawful speeds and no person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of the following maximum limits:
1) 35 miles per hour in any urban district.
(1.1) 65 miles per hour or 70 miles per hour for all vehicles on freeways where the department has posted a 65-miles-per-hour or 70-miles-per-hour speed limit.
