Conduct which is prohibited by state law and punishable by fine or imprisonment or both. Conduct punishable only by forfeiture is not a crime.

Whoever is concerned in the commission of a crime is a principal and may be charged with and convicted of the commission of the crime although the person did not directly commit it…The penalty is the same as for the completed crime.

A type of crime completed by taking a punishable step towards the commission of another crime.
