Increasing
Decreasing
Fluctuating
No real trend
How do you work out moving point averages
If you wanted a four point moving average you would add the first four numbers together and divide by four and do the same thing until you can’t do it anymore
How do you work out the numbers on a trend line and where do they go on the graph
You plot the moving averages and you plot it half why between the moving averages
What is seasonal variation
It is the difference between the highest quarter over all years and the trend line where they meet
What is the mean seasonal variation
It is all the seasonal variations added together and divided by how many have been used
Where should a trend line go through
It should go through as many of the moving averages as possible
