1) When proposing a director service contract which necessitates OR - must set out the terms of the contract.

2) When the company proposes to buy back shares, a copy of the buyback agreement must be left at the office.

3) When the company plans to loan money to a director, necessitating an OR, a memorandum setting out the terms of the loan must be left at the office 15 days before the meeting.

15 Days not needed if it was a written resolution, as the contract/relevant document would be annexed to the written resolution

Private: 9 Months after the reference date

21 days, starting with the day after the charge was created.

14 clear days.

If the notice is by hand, it is deemed delivered on the day.
If notice is by email/post, it is deemed delivered 2 days later.
