Prep:
Shake with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Crushed ice may be used.

Highball glass, or decorative zombie mug creatively garnished with fruit, umbrellas, sparklers or anything else that makes sense for the mood.

Two parts white grapefruit juice, combined with one part cinnamon infused syrup
