A

Papillary - multifocal, sprea to local lymph nodes, good prognosis

Follicular- single lesion, matastases to lung and bone, good prognosis if resectable

A

Near total Thyroidectomy
High dose ablative radiation
Long term suppression of thyroxine until cancer is under controll
