Over 50/cardiac disease: 25microg daily

A
Cardiac disease - therefore baseline egc may be valuble as changes induced my medication can be confused with ishcaemia

What is a sign of too fast a dose increase of levothyroxine
A
diarrhoea, nervousness, rapid pulse, insomnia, andinal pain (if latent myocardial ischaemia), termors
