Dysphagia
A
Difficulty swallowing due to obstruction in esophagus. Can also be due to lung tumour pressing on esophagus.

Odynophagia
A
Pain while swallowing, can be caused by obstruction in esophagus.

Hempoptysis
A
Blood in sputum, typically presents with other symptoms from lung cancer.

Dyspnea
A
Shortness of breath, suggests more extensive lung disease. May be due to underlying COPD.

Cyanosis
A
Blue tinge to the lips, due to superior vena cava obstruction (SVCO)
