- Lift your hands and shoulders off the table reaching to other knee
- CLEAR the scapula

- Hands crossed over chest
- Bring elbow towards opposite knee

- Hands on sides of head
- Bring elbow towards opposite knee

2: Supine
- Hands straight in front of you
- Keep your chin pointed to the ceiling while you lift your head, reach toward your right knee

0&1- Supine

  • Bend patients knees
  • Hold patients neck
  • Palpate Internal and External Obliques
