- No palpations; TOO deep

-Look at the wall
4&5: Prone
- Look at the wall
- Apply resistance on the back of the head

-Try to tilt your chin up or look at me
Palpate Rectus capitis, Longissimus capitis, Obliquus capitis, Splenius capitis, Semispinalis capitis, and Spinals capitis

- Keep your eyes on the ceiling
- Do not life your shoulders off the table

-Apply resistance at the chin

- PT holds head
- Roll head to the right and to the left

- Turn head to contralateral side
- Lift head

-Apply resistance at the forehead

- PT hold head
- Roll head to the left and to the right

- Lift your forehead from my head
- Keep looking at the floor
4&5: Prone
- Apply resistance on back of head
- Have other hand under chin in case they cannot hold
0-2: Supine
-Push your head into my hands without tilting
Palpate Iliocostalis cervicis, Longissimus cervicis, Splenius cervicis, & Semispinalis cervicis
