- dr stands behind patient and presses into supraclavicular fossa
- reproduction of patient symptoms localizes complaint to TOS

wrights maneuver
A
- patients arm is held in abduction
- obliteration of radial pulse in positive finding
- hyperextension of neck made symptoms worse and flexion made symptoms better
