• turn patient to the side of bleeding lung with the good side up
• give 100% oxygen, send labs, T&S
• go to OR for rigid bronch
  
  • if on left side, use Fogarty to tamponade bleeding then remove rigid bronch and intubate
  • if right bleed, cant use Fogarty, just intubate left bronchus
• send to IR for bronchial a. embolization
