Lipid Rescue dose?

A

Bolus of 1.5 ml/kg over 1 minute.
Gtt of 0.25 ml/kg/min

Repeat bolus Q3-5 min of 3 ml/kg
Increase Gtt to 0.5 ml/kg/min is BP drops.

MAX dose: 8 ml/kg
