Adductor Longus
A: Body of pubis (inferior to pubic crest), linea aspera of femur
A: adduction, flexion, medial rotation of thigh

Adductor Brevis
A: body and inferior pubic ramus (btwn gracilis and obturator externus), pectineal line of femur, linea aspera of femur

Adductor Magnus
(shared with posterior compartment)
A: inferior ramus of pubis, ramus of ischium, ischial tuberosity of hip bone, linea aspera of femur, adductor tubercle of femur, medial supracondylar line
A: Adduct and flexes thigh
Posterior portion: extend thigh
N: obturator nerve, tibial division of sciatic nerve

Gracilis
A: body of pubis, inferior pubic ramus of hip bone, proximal medial tibia
A: flexion, adduction, medial rotation of thigh; flexion, medial rotation of leg

Semimembranosus
A: ischial tuberosity of hip bone, posterior medial condyle of tibia
A: flexion of leg at knee; extension of thigh
