A
It is when place a small beaker into a bigger one and you fill a the small beaker with hot water and put a piece of cardboard over the beaker as a lid. Then place a thermometer into the smaller beaker through the whole . After record the temperature every 2 mins and repeat each time packing the space between the 2 beakers with the chosen insulation
